Compensation Consulting
Provides senior
management with an assessment of their company’s compensation program relative
to marketplace standards for their executives, managers, and professionals.
Data from a direct survey of selected companies and/or published sources is
collected and analyzed. The analysis will show whether and the degree to which
the company is at, above, or below the market for the positions under
consideration.
Strategic Planning
Assist senior management in the development or updating of a strategic plan for
their business through facilitating a strategic planning retreat attended by the
company’s key executives and managers. The strategic planning process usually
consists of the following:

Definition of the mission
of the business

Assessment of the
external environment (i.e., economy, regulation, technology, etc.)

Assessment of the
operating environment (i.e., markets, customers, industry trends, etc.)

Analysis of the
competition

Identification of the
organization’s internal condition (i.e., capabilities, strengths,
weaknesses, etc.)

Identification of
possible options for the business

Selection of desired
options
-
Development of longer
term (5 years) objectives and strategies to achieve them

Development of short term
(1 year) objectives and associated strategies

implementation plans
